
This is our most popular senior fitness class. This class is Monday, Wednesday, and Friday. Choose either the 8-9am or 10-11am class time. This class includes; balance exercises, proper stretching and warm-up, core strengthening, strength training, mobility, stability, etc. Instructed by Elizabeth Ortega.
Taught by the amazing Gina Ojeda. This class meets on Tuesdays from 5:30-6:30pm in our studio space (115 S. 2nd St)
This class is a 30 minute full-body tabataworkout that has a early morning and late evening time options on Tuesdays and Thursdays. Times are 6:15-6:45am and 7-7:30pm. Instructed by Elizabeth Ortega
Aqua Stretching class is located at the Raton Regional Aquatic Center. Full body stretching in the pool. Thursdays from 10-11am. Instructed by Elizabeth Ortega
