Tai Chi offers significant, low-impact benefits for seniors by enhancing balance, reducing fall risks by up to 55%, and strengthening muscles. It improves flexibility, cardiovascular health, and cognitive function while relieving chronic pain and reducing stress. This gentle, meditative practice is accessible, reducing fear of falling and fostering independence. Starting Thursday, Feb 19th Tai Chi class will be every Thursday from 10-10:45am. Instructed by Gina Ojeda.

Beginner Spin is a full 45 min beginner friendly spin class. Mondays 6:45-7:30pm.

Tabata classes are high-intensity interval training (HIIT) sessions featuring 4-minute, high-energy rounds. Each round consists of 8 intervals: 20 seconds of maximum effort exercise followed by 10 seconds of rest. Designed for rapid fat loss and muscle toning, these workouts typically include a warm-up, multiple 4-minute circuits, and a cool-down. Tuesdays and Thursdays at 6:15-6:45am or 7-7:30pm. This is the best class for those new to yoga but is also great for anyone with experience. In a comfortable environment, this class will introduce fundamentals of a yoga practice, including breath, deep stretching, proper alignment, and mindfulness practices. The pace will be slower and you will leave feeling relaxed and restored.
Tuesdays from 5:30-6:30pm

After school hours is every day from 3:30-5pm for school staff members to come and workout. Coach Ortega is there during that time to help explain exercises and watch form and technique. Use this time to do your own workouts or do a lifting program with Coach Ortega.
We have several prewritten programs that can be customized to your needs and goals! Most programs are 4 days a week. Want more booty gains?! Coach Ortega throws in the Power Glutes and Core Class AND the Wednesday Booty Blast Class as part of this lifting program! This is a very popular program!
