Kids Classes and Youth Programs

Teeny Tiny FitKids

This class is for 3 & 4 year olds and we work on general fitness such as running, balance, strength, as well as, hand eye coordination, listening skills, communication,  and taking turns, all while playing. Class is on Tuesdays from 10-10:45am and is instructed by Elizabeth Ortega. 

Kinder Fitness

This class is for 5 & 6 year olds. This class is only available in the summer. 

Youth Athletic Development Program

Proper nutrition is key to achieving your fitness goals. Our nutrition coaches will work with you to create a personalized nutrition plan that fits your lifestyle and goals.

High School Athletic Development Program

Our group fitness classes are a fun and energizing way to work out with others. We offer a variety of classes, including yoga, Pilates, and HIIT.
